Emmerdale fans are sure to have determined who will be shot in case of mistaken identity.

The ITV soap opera aired some terrifying scenes on tonight’s episode as someone was seen smashing the window and taking a gun from Home Farm, when we already know someone one will end up injured after a shot rang out in the forest.

But now fans of the show are confident they know who wields the gun – and who will be shot. However, they think the person behind the barrel had no intention of hurting the other person and it was all a big mistake.

“I don’t think we’ve done anything like this before – not in the 20 years I’ve been at Emmerdale anyway – and we’ve had a lot of conversations and head-scratching about how we could achieve that,” producer Laura Shaw explained.

“I remember we came up with the idea for the story and we all sat down in a big meeting room and I kind of pitched that idea and said, ‘This is what I want us to do. do.” And I think everyone was sitting staring at me in amazement in silence for about two minutes before everyone brilliantly chimed in with a million brilliant ideas of how we could do this.”
